Wrongful Death

A wrongful death is a legal term used to describe a death caused by an entity or individual. This means your loved one was a victim of an accident they didn’t cause. A wrongful death is generally caused by negligence.
 
Negligence is generally described as the wrongful party failing to act as a reasonable person would in the same and/or similar circumstances. Thus, a reasonable person (or entity) would have prevented the death of your loved one by not causing the accident.
